I am a music educator and second-year graduate student at Teachers College, Columbia University, where I am completing my master’s degree in Music Education. I have 4 years experience teaching flute, clarinet, and saxophone individual and group lessons. My work is grounded in inclusive, student-centered pedagogy and shaped by my hands-on teaching experiences in the NYCDOE. These experiences have shaped my commitment to creative music classrooms that are affirming and rooted in meaningful musical engagement.
